Warranty

Warranty Period

This product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years on Laser source from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

During the Warranty Period, Maxware Industrial Equipment will, at its sole discretion, replace any component of the fiber laser cleaning machine that is found to be defective under normal use and proper maintenance. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from www.maxwareindustrialEquipment.com.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or improper installation.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than authorized by Maxware Industrial Equipment.

• Consumable parts or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the machine.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Maxware Industrial Equipment customer service with:

• Proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or invoice)

• A detailed description of the issue

• Any relevant supporting information or images

Maxware Industrial Equipment reserves the right to inspect the machine to determine whether the defect is covered under this warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Maxware Industrial Equipment’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of defective parts or products, at our discretion. Under no circumstances shall Maxware Industrial Equipment be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the machine.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of State of California.
