Order Cancellation
Customers may request a cancellation within 72 Hours of the order date.
Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will follow our standard return policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at cs@maxwareindustrialequipment.com with your order number.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, we will refund the full product amount to your original payment method.
Please note:
Payment processing fees 2.9% + 30¢ (charged by the bank/credit card processor) are non-refundable.
These fees are collected by the payment processor at the moment the order is placed and are not returned to us when a transaction is refunded.
Therefore, refunds for canceled orders will be processed minus the original transaction fees.
This is standard across all major e-commerce platforms and payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Refund Processing Time
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Order Changes
If you need to change the item, model, shipping address, or other details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
